Personal training can be designed to meet a wide range of goals and schedules. Our coaches have experience working with a broad range of athletes including complete novices, post-partum parents, and competitive amateur and professional athletes. We draw from our expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, & Powerlifting to build customized sessions to help you meet you goals.

Personal training can be scheduled for individuals or small groups. Sessions take place in-person at our facility in Oakland, CA.
Every personal training engagement starts with a free 20 minute assessment and consultation. During the consultation we'll discuss your current goals and ask about your past experience and injuries to confirm we're a good fit. After the initial consultation we'll design a package to meet your goals and budget.
