Brightside CrossFit Fundamentals

Brightside CrossFit Fundamentals, aka “On Ramp”, is where every athlete starts their CrossFit journey with us. In our Fundamental series, new athletes will learn the key movements that are most commonly utilized in a CrossFit Workout of the Day (“WOD”).

CrossFit Fundamentals, aka “On Ramp”, is where every athlete starts their CrossFit journey with us. In our Fundamental series, new athletes will learn the key movements that are most commonly utilized in the Workout of the Day (“WOD”).

Our CrossFit Fundamentals package is a 4 week program that combines personal training with select group classes from our regular schedule. Each week, you will meet with your personal trainer for a customized session to learn key movements and techniques. Your trainer will then provide you with a schedule of 3 additional group classes that will complement your current skill level and abilities. Athletes should plan to attend at least 2 of the 3 classes each week. After successful completion of 4 personal training sessions and 8 group classes over the course of 4 weeks, you may purchase an unlimited membership and attend any regularly scheduled Brightside class. If you have 6 months+ experience, please contact us to discuss waiving this requirement.
