Brightside CrossFit Fundamentals
CrossFit Fundamentals is a 4 week program that combines a weekly personal training session with 2-3 group classes from our regular schedule. Over the course of 4 weeks, new athletes will learn the key movements that are most commonly utilized in the Workout of the Day (“WOD”). At completion, athletes can transition to a standard membership and start joining any class on the schedule.
Custom Programming
Each custom programming engagement starts with a 15-30 minute consultation to discuss your goals, the equipment available to you, how often you want to train each week, and any movement restrictions you may have. After your consultation, our coach will write your individualized program. All engagements include at least one check in as your work through your program. Pricing typically ranges from $150 - $250 but varies depending on your goals and the complexity of the program.
Personal Training
Every personal training engagement starts with a free 30 minute assessment to design a package to meet your goals and budget. Available for individuals and groups. Can be designed to meet a wide range of goals. Pricing starts at $100/hour. Discounts are available for multiple sessions.
